Paul, our President, said “Hey guys, I just had the most amazing 100 Mile Menu BLT. I put a nice thick slice of Floralane beefsteak tomato along with a leaf of Slegers red leaf lettuce and a leaf of Slegers green leaf lettuce and fried up a couple of slices of Harvest Table back bacon. I slapped it between 2 pieces of Winroe Gardens multi-grain bread, buttered it with Alliston Creamery Golden Dawn salted butter and added a touch of mayonnaise. (I had to use a 'not guaranteed local' mayonnaise because I tried to make my own but failed miserably). Anyway, it was absolutely the best BLT I have ever had. This was the first time I had tried the multi-grain bread. I think it made the difference! Wow!!”
